TOP 5 TIK TOK MAKEUP HACKS!

Yesterday I spent quite a time on Tik Tok while posting beauty content and I found myself stuck in a loop of makeup hacks. I watched this very entertaining makeup artist by the username Candylover89 with over 2 million followers try out different beauty hacks that she had also seen on Tik Tok and she would watch the video then try it out. What intrigued me, was that she spoke two different languages for he audience to understand. I loved it! She spoke spanish and then she would speak english so that you could understand step by step what she was doing and it lined up very well with her transitions and her music.

1. Using a Spoon

The first makeup hack that i saw of hers was the spoon hack. This involved you putting a spoon over your eyes to create a creasing effect for your eyeshadow.

2. Using a Fork

The second makeup hack was using a fork to create two wings at the end of your eyes with eyeshadow creating like this triple winged eyeliner effect.

3. Using a Toothbrush

The third makeup hack was with a toothbrush. With the toothbrush you would dip it into the eyeshadow and then splatter it all over your eyes creating like this abstract eyeshadow effect with a variety of different eye shadow shades.

4. Using Toilet Paper

The forth beauty hack involved using some toilet paper. Now with the toilet paper, you would dip it into the eyeshadow and then blott it to the eyelids using different shades creating and abstract like effect onto your eyes.

5. Triple Eyeliner

The triple eyeliner effect was one of the most simple ones in her content. All that was needed was 3 different liquid eyeliners and all you would do was wing it!



So anyways, I got stuck in a loop of finding myself watching a majority her videos and really just overall enjoying her content. All of the hacks ended up working and turning out really good! I was on TV! Outside of my Cosmetics brand I am a freelance MUA, Metria Cosmetics and I was featured in a segment on ABC Network!

Katrina Lokko is a Magazine Editor, TV Talk Show Host, Speaker, Author, Consultant and the CEO of the FMD Global Network and Bold & Unique Magazine. I had the privilege of doing her makeup a few occasions as well as listening to her share her stories about her skin struggles. Katrina struggles with eczema and psoriasis.
